Jane Clark Property is a family business with over 15 years combined experience in the property & construction industries. Our business has grown from the ground up starting from carpentry and construction contractors to now managing a wide portfolio of projects and properties across the country.

We take the stress and legwork out of letting and managing your existing property or HMO, meaning you as the landlord can be safe in the knowledge that your rent is guaranteed every month, with no voids and your property is cared for and looked after properly, looking after your asset for you. We look to take on our properties for a 3-5 year term, and only let rooms to working professionals (predominantly NHS colleagues) that have been fully screened and vetted by our rigorous processes.

When it comes to providing rooms, we ensure all of the properties we take on are in excellent condition, fully compliant and of course are sensibly priced for all tenants.
